Responsibilities;
• Responsible for incoming call to answer in thai and English questions, provide support services for customer also.
• Coordinate and deal with related all departments.
• Perform and participate others as assigned.
Qualification;
• Bachelor's Degree in any related filed, Fresh graduate are welcome
• Minimum 2 years of Experience in Customer Service
• Ability to speak, read and write in English and Thai
• Good in service mind and problem solving, communication skills |
