Job Description:
•    Be part of team in origination and execution of financial transactions.
•    Analyze in transaction execution and actively supporting transaction origination.
•    Assist transaction team to build up projects feasibility studies or financial valuation models.
•    Assist transaction team in information gathering and due diligence process by gathering.


Qualification :
•    Bachelor’s degree or higher, in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field ; advanced degree or CPA(preferable)
•    2-3 years working experience in investment banking, Accounting Internal Audit or related field.
•    Proven analytical capability and financial modeling skills
•    Ability to Comfortably interact with business clients and management.
•    Ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous project deadlines.
•    Highly organized detail oriented and proactive with high level.
•    Effective communication skills, both written and verbal in Thai and English.
