Responsibility:

•   Be part of the team in origination and execution of financial advisory service assignment of equity and debt capital market transactions, including Initial Public Offering (IPO), merger & acquisition (M&A), Independent Financial Advisory (IFA), and debt issuing.
•   Assist transaction team in information gathering and due diligence process.
•   Assist transaction team to analyst financial statements under the Thai Financial Reporting Standard (TFRS) practice, and executing transaction structuring.
•   Assist transaction team to build up project financial feasibility study or financial valuation model.3-
•   Assist transaction team to prepare relevant Information Memorandum, Filing, or Disclosure under the rules & guidelines of the SEC and SET. 

Qualification:

•   Bachelor’s degree or higher, in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field ; advanced degree of CPA is required 
•   2-3 years working experience in investment banking, Accounting Internal Audit or related field.
•   Proven analytical capability and financial modeling skills
•   Ability to Comfortably interact with business clients and management.
•   Ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous project deadlines.
•   Highly organized detail oriented and proactive with high level.
•   Effective communication skills, both written and verbal in Thai and English.
