Open account with Phillip Securities (Thailand) PCL.

There are 3 methods as follow:

1. Visit our head office at POEMS department or every branch of Phillip and customer service call: 02 63 53 123

2. Download Application form.

2.1. Open a Prepaid Account - to control your trading limit

• Kindly download and complete the following relevant account application form: Especially at the mark "X" (Please resign your signature at the point of you remove or edit)
  2. Kindly prepare the following supporting documents are required to be certified below.
   
• Incorporating with the POEMS application form, an applicant must attach additional documents including:

               1.  A Copy of Identification Card or Government Card with House Registration
               2.  A Copy of bank book account (The page with your name and the bank account number)
               3.  A Copy of Passport / Alien card (In Case of Foreigner)
               4.  A Copy of Work Permit (In Case of Foreigner)
               5. 30 baht of Duty Stamp or Cash

       Remark: If require to open additional account type such as: Derivative and Bond, please add more duty stamp or cash 30 baht for each account type.     

 

For customers who want to apply for E-dividend, please attach additional documents listed below.

1. A copy of the government-issued ID card, the employee's card of government-owned agencies or passport
2. A copy of Bank Statement (the page that has your name and account number on it)

Remark: Please use new paper to print all forms and supporting document, do not use used paper.

2.2. Open a Cash Internet Account - to empower your investment

• Kindly download and complete the following relevant account application form: Especially at the mark "X" (Please resign your signature at the point of you remove or edit)
  2. Kindly prepare the following supporting documents are required to be certified below.
• Incorporating with the POEMS application form, an applicant must attach additional documents including:

               1.  A Copy of Identification Card or Government Card with House Registration

               2.  A Copy of bank book account (The page with your name and the bank account number)

               3.  A Copy of Passport / Alien card (In Case of Foreigner)

               4.  A Copy of Work Permit (In Case of Foreigner)

               5. 30 baht of Duty Stamp or Cash

• Also a customer must provide authorized signatures on the "Automatic Transfer Service" (ATS) request forms. (These forms are incorporated with the printout POEMS application form).

2.3. Open a Futures | Options Account - to empower your investment

  2. Kindly prepare the following supporting documents are required to be certified below.
• Incorporating with the POEMS application form, an applicant must attach additional documents including:

               1. A Copy of Identification Card or Government Card with House Registration

               2. A Copy of bank book account (The page with your name and the bank account number)

               3. A Copy of Passport / Alien card (In Case of Foreigner)

               4. A Copy of Work Permit (In Case of Foreigner)

Additionally, the evaluating period to permit any ATS to a prospective customer may take up to 30 days. Phillip Securities (Thailand) PCL does not promise that every ATS request will get admitted and Phillip Securities (Thailand) PCL also reserves the right to grant a cash Internet account to a prospective customer upon approval of documents in hand.
  You can fill in the application form online and print out all paper to certified by your signature and send to Phillip.
